Privacy

A copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account: [email protected]. You can also download your data from your account page. The privacy policy says what we keep.

Abuse and security problems

To report a player or account misusing our services, or spam or phishing that uses our name, write to [email protected]. To report a security weakness in these sites, the launcher or the game, write to [email protected], and tell us what you found and how to see it. Please give us a chance to fix a security problem before you make it public, and don't access other people's accounts or data while you look. We won't take action against anyone who reports a problem to us in good faith this way.

Copyright notices

If you think something on our sites or services infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with "Copyright notice" in the subject, and include:

the work you believe is infringed, and where on our services the copy is (a link is best);
your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
your physical or electronic signature.

We'll take down what the notice covers and tell whoever posted it, who may send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
