How do places work?
The first 1,000 people to confirm their email, in the order they confirm, get an alpha key by email. After that, sign-ups join the waitlist and we tell you your place in it. Whenever a place opens up, the next person on the waitlist gets it straight away, and we email them a key.
What does the alpha key give me?
Access to the closed alpha builds, through the launcher, for the test period, which ends on 11 December 2026. You redeem it on your Gaddr Games account (we make one for you if you don't have one). The key works only with the account for the email you signed up with.
Is the alpha a copy of LostVale?
No. Alpha access lasts only for the test period. It isn't a purchase of LostVale and doesn't include or entitle you to the finished game.
Can I stream it, record it or post screenshots?
Yes. Stream, record, screenshot and share what you make of the alpha however you like, wherever you like. You don't need to ask us first. Please just don't pass on the game's files or your account.
I'm a streamer. Is there anything different for me?
We invite some streamers directly. If we invite you and you accept, you get a permanent key: LostVale is yours to keep, in the alpha and after release, and it doesn't take one of the 1,000 places. You're welcome to sign up here too.
Who can sign up?
Anyone 18 or older. One sign-up an email address.
What do you keep about me?
Your email, the name you give, when you signed up and confirmed, and which version of the alpha agreement you accepted. The privacy policy has the details. Questions: [email protected].
